The Fourth Judicial Recovery Court program is supported by grants awarded by the Bureau of Justice Assistance which is a component of the Department of Justice’s Office of Justice Programs which also includes the Bureau of Justice Statistics, the National Institute of Justice, the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention, The office for Victims of Crime, and the SMART Office. Additional financial support is funded under contract with the State of Tennessee Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services, ย along with funding from the East TN Foundation, Jefferson City Christian Church Ministries, First Presbyterian Church Jefferson City Hunger grant, State of TN Creating Homes Initiative, and various other agencies. Additional financial support is funded under contract with the State of Tennessee Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services.
